Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constituted of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life pal, Spencer Smiths (drums), along with their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To advertise their song, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) by his LiveJournal web site. Impressed by means of the band, Wentz for my part met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band published their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which could debut at #112 at the Billboard two hundred album charts.
Featured in Spin magazine as their band of the day in early October 2005, achieving #1 on the MySpace chart, and constantly staying in PureVolumes Top 10 chart, would in basic terms lend a hand develop the bands attractiveness. An appearance on MTVs TRL on January 17, 2006, on the optimum of their track video for I Write Sins Not Tragedies, also helped garner the band lots publicity.
